I got a message from Square/Weebly that my custom domain name is expiring and an attempt was made to charge my debit card but it failed. So I am trying to pay for another year for my domain name but I can't for the life of me find any way to do that. My domain name is already connected to my site and has been for a year. I am just trying to pay to renew the domain name. Can anyone help me figure out how to do that?
@Blue-Heron Go to your online dashboard and then to the online/weebly dashboard where you edit your site.
Go to Your business name in the top right ---->Go to Account Settings ---->Go to My Services (middle of page) ----> manage payment method
You should be able to change the card you are using for your services there. I am not sure but I would guess as soon as you update that it will auto process for the new charge within a day or so.
Hope this helps.

Hi there, @johncweiss - Thanks for following up on this thread. Sorry to hear that you're having a bit of trouble.
It sounds like you may be on your Square Dashboard instead of the Square Online Store Dashboard. To get to the correct page, you'll go to squareup.com/dashboard and then click Online on the left side of the page, and then Online again. You should see, "Welcome back (your name)" on the homepage of your Square Online Store Dashboard. From here, click on your business name in the upper right-hand corner of the page and then Account Settings. Then, you'll see My Services, as shown below.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions 🙂

I got the same message... I checked the address for the email and it came from someone @webebelley.com obviously not Weebly. Hope you didn't click on that link!
Good eye, @riverratdesigns
You can always forward suspicious emails to [email protected], or contact our support team if you have questions about your billing status.
I see your answer for renewing domain and managing credit card on file etc. but I do not have the links you describe to make these changes when I go to the account settings. ??? Sandi P
Hi @FPCDover Welcome to the Seller Community 😊
Are you clicking on the Online card or link from your Square dashboard first? This should take you over to the Square Online Overview dashboard, and from there you will click on the dropdown in the top right corner for the Accounts Settings link. The following screen will have the My Services tab in the middle of the screen.
Let us know if you are still having trouble, or feel free to reach out to the support team directly.
There is no "My Services" anywhere on the Account & Services page.

I need to renew the domain and update ccrd info as well but cannot fid the mentioned links to do so. There is no "My Services" or "Manage Payment " options for me in account settings??? This is SOOOO frustratingly difficult.
