How can you view which Manager approved a discount?

With the new Activity log, you can quickly see all employees activity, which is great. Is there a way to also view which manager approved a discount an employee applied to the sale? I can see the discount applied to the item but it doesn't show who approved the discount. 

All of our discounts must be approved by a manger. We have multiple managers a night at our nightclub. I would like to see which manager approved what discount for an employee.
