How can you use a chip reader with the Appointments app?

I can’t connect to my chip reader when in the appointments app but only in the pos app.  Is this an error on my end or is it not an option yet?

Hi @Zanderwyatt - You should be able to process payment through the Appointments app directly! Have you already paired your reader to the Appointments app? Here are instructions for doing so just in case.
