I, as well as my customer, was under the impression that when a card was saved on file, they could pay invoices with that card. Instead of having to type it in for every invoice. Is there a way for her to pay it using the card she has on file?
you can. here is the information to pay with a card on file.

I have had a few customers save their cc's on file. I know that I can create an invoice and charge their card, but THEY are not able to use that saved card. They keep having to re-enter their info.
Am I missing something?
I want them to be able to pay their invoices rather than ME having to go into their invoice and charge their card.
Please advise.
Thank you
