How can I use my business's name or a "nick name" on receipts as many of my clients are unknown?

I truly need to get my true name off my receipts to protect myself as I live and work in South Florida, and we have many real problems with crime here! 

I don't want people to see and have my name available to people as opposed to a .com biz name. 

Maybe a 'nickname"?
