How can I use Square to take payments on my laptop?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: mobile app vs laptop

i open my mobile app i have a list of items in our concession stand to choose from. I simply click on each one to add them to the sale. I do not see this on the laptop version. I dont even see where i go to make a sale. What am i missing?

Hello @GCSL 

Square is designed to be used primarily on the mobile app. While you can use the web Dashboard for sales using the Virtual Terminal option, you will be limited to just entering the dollar amount of the sale: it does not have access to the item library.

Also, the Virtual Terminal is a higher swipe rate since you're manually entering the card number. Stick with the mobile app to get a better rate on your swipes.
