How can I send an invoice that is scheduled?

How can I send an invoice that is scheduled?  Say someone wants to pay an invoice that is due on the 5th, they pay it on the 3rd?

Yes you can @maneonparkave!

 

Here are steps to send a scheduled invoice:

  1. Sign in to online Square Dashboard and navigate to Invoices, or open the Square app on your mobile device. 
  2. Click Create Invoice > enter the invoice details (customer's email address, item/amount details).
  3. For the Invoice Details > select any future date > click Schedule in the top right.

 

 

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to share a scheduled invoice before the date you've selected. Instead, you could send the invoice Immediately and set the due date to the 5th. That way your customer will receive the invoice right away but they'll see it's due on the 5th and they can pay it then and there or anytime before that date.
