How can I sell a specific item on the IOS smartphone app?

I am using the regisiter app to sell pre-sale tickets to an event.  I will be using a smartphone as opposed to iPad to process payments.  It works online fine and I can see the item in the items list on my iPhone but how do I select it to charge and send a receipt for THAT item, ie: a ticket or multiple tickets, as opposed to a keyed in ammount?

At the bottom of the screen, there should be two buttons. The left is the open amount entry. The right should show you the item list.
