How can I process gift cards that are not square gift cards

I have a paper gift certificate that is obviously not square. How do I process it correctly when a customer uses it?

You can track these paper gift certificates by tapping Other Payment Method after you've rung up your customer.

As you know, we can't process the gift certificates, but tracking it within Square enables you to organize your transactions.
