How can I get the customers name to appear on the printed receipt?

Hi @Knit102. Happy to help out with this one! When you're accepting payments, you can always add a customer to a sale using Customer Directory. Having said that, this data is stored on your Dashboard, as opposed to printed on a paper receipt. As for when a customer's name is printed on a receipt - this happens most times when you swipe or dip a card. Is that not the case for you?

Yes, The customer name appears when cc is swiped but, I'd like the name to appear when using the gift card. I use them as punch cards for classes.
