How can I get a receipt from Square Register for a payment someone made to me?

How can I obtain a receipt from Square Register for a payment someone made to me? 

I just took a payment today and the payer is asking for a receipt but I see no way to generate or access a receipt to send him.

You can resend a receipt anytime, @San2C, either from the app or your Square Dashboard. 

To do so online, sign in on your Transactions Page and select the transaction you'd like to resend. You'll see the receipt on the right-hand side and have the options to resend it or issue a refund if need be. 

Alternatively, you can head to the Activity page in the app and select the transaction. You'll find the same options there. Hope that helps!
