How can I disable the payment/checkout option?

I want to solely use Square appointments for booking/rescheduling/appointment reminders. We do payment on site so want to disable the payment/checkout method. please advise

Hello @christinaf5 - Welcome to our Seller Community! 

At this time, removing the payment method for Square Appointments only is not possible. You can try heading to our Square Online Dashboard under > Online Checkout > Settings > General > Online Checkout to toggle off the checkout option. This may be a workaround but it will remove the ability for all Square Online Items to be purchased as well.

In the meantime, we will consult our appointments team for more details and let you know if we have additional information.
