The non-operating telephone number for my iPad shows up as the text message receipt sender. How can I change it to be either the business name or business telephone number?

You can edit the information that appears on your receipts from your Square Dashboard Receipts tab.
From here, you can customize the information that appears on your customer receipts, including phone number and business name.
