Unfortunately, in most circumstances it is not possible to cancel a refund after it has been issued. After tapping the final "Issue Refund" button, our system immediately begins the refund process to send the funds back to the customer's bank.
If you noticed that you initiated an incorrect refund, please contact our Support team immediately. Sometimes if it's within 10 minutes, they have the ability to cancel the refund. There are no guarantees.
