Hi @4688hatran - You can adjust your tipping amounts in your POS app under "Settings" -> "Tipping". There's an option for "Smart Tip Amounts" and "Set Percentage Amounts."

We are new to Square and we are not impressed with the lack of options they offer on common mistakes in restaurants. We use to have aloha who has very old technology and we use to be able to call our merchant service and they would give us the full credit card number so we could do a refund then re enter with the correct information with the correct tip.
