How can I add size to my clothing items?

I sell clothing and was wondering how to add different sizes to my items. The preset unit options don’t have this option and i can’t seem to figure how to make this. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can create the Item under the main size, for example "small" and add variations to this item, each variation can be "medium" and "large". The unit of Size specifically is not a unit with Square for the moment, but you can just select the option to sell per item.
