How I can add a new functionality in the site that we're developing with your solution

I'm building a site with your solution. We're a flower shop and we need to add asection for the message in the paying process.

Every people who send flowers, usally write something to the recipient...

Please do you have any option / solution to help me with that... This is key and the last thing that we need to finish our website.
