I recently recategorized remote devices from locations to team members. After deleting the locations I need to run a report listing revenue from each (past) location by month, but the old locations aren't appearing in any report I'm running. Is there a way to re-capture that data now?

Deleting a location won't make you lose data for reporting.
To see data for an older deleted location, you just need to go to > Reports and then select from the dropdown boxes at the top where it says > _ Locations. (The _ is for whatever number of locations you have.)
From that dropdown, you can select any inactive locations you deleted to be included in that report.
