Hello! I am a mental health therapist who is in network with an insurance company who pays my claims with a vcard, or paper credit card, that has an amount on the card equal to what they are paying me for the claim. A couple of times now, the insurance company has corrected a previous claim and credited me $0.62, and when I run the payment, I get an error saying that Square does not take payments less than $1.
I am using a laptop to process these claims, typing the card in manually. Is there a way to do this this way? This very rare issue doesn't seem to be worth it for me to set up a card scanner thingamabobber.
