When I put in a card # it says split amount it has never been there before and when I run the card it says gift card it’s never had that on there either!!How can I get that off
Is this happening with multiple cards or did it just happen on one transaction you tried to run?
If just one, was it possible that the card was a preloaded card and the balance available on it was lower than the ticket total? In other words, the customer only had $5.00 on the card and the ticket was for $10? At which point it would charge the $5.00 to it and need an alternate form of payment for the balance?
