I have a square business card which I activated when i created my business account. It worked perfectly fine until I purchased a new phone, and had to log in to square on my new phone. I go to the square card option in the menu and it automatically me to create a new card. Which makes no sense bec9i already have one which was active with my account to begin with. And I am in able to make purchases online and instore. It declines everytime. It's very strange because when I go into square account to check my balance there is money in my square account but for some reason my card still wont work. It's the holidays and I need to make in store purchases. HELP PLEASE!!
@Beautybyjojo855 Are you using the same email address to login as you did when you created your account?
If you are, and you're still not seeing the balance to your Square Card update, I'd suggest contacting our CS team. They can take a look into what might be happening.
