Hand delivered item, how to mark as such?

I didn't set up delivery options for my online store, simply because I'm just starting out and wanted to include shipping in my price (who knew shipping could be so much!). For those I knew, I simply gave them a code that deducted the average cost of shipping from a product. Since I've just started out it's not a huge deal, but I've had three orders, only one of which I actually shipped. The other two utilized the code to remove shipping costs. I've hand delivered them (they're my coworkers) and now I'm trying to mark them as such in my orders. Is there a way to do this? This isn't a full time thing for me (hopefully soon it will be?) so I can't really set up the delivery option as it's not something I can reliably do all the time. Would love the help!

@This_is_Cami I would set this up as pickup or curbside pickup that way if someone is willing to come get it or as you say, hand delivered, it removes the shipping component.  There may be a better way, but this is my knee jerk idea.
