Grouping Items for sale and accurately reflect inventory?

I am a volunteer in charge of setting up ticket sales for a high school theatre company. We use square for our online Gift Shop. But with covid, we are moving our venue outside and have to be creative with selling tix using Square instead of our normal venue solution.

Question - We have an outdoor amphitheater and we can sell a max of 40 tickets to socially distance the audience. I want to limit the number of tickets someone can purchase to no more than 4 (so 1, 2, 3 or 4 tix only). How do I do this?

Welcome to the Community. 

Yes, you can add an Online Order limit to accomplish what you're looking for. Here is a Support Article with more information, but below are the steps to enable them. 

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Square Online Dashboard.

  2. Select Pickup & Delivery > Edit location > Edit order timing settings > Order limiting.
