Grid items

When I hold down the plus sign to add something new to my grid I’m only getting the options to create an item or create a discount. If I scroll and find the item, I want to add, it only lets me out an entire category. Anyone have any experience with this? It was working fine up until today?? Did something change that I’m missing?

Could you please specify if this is on your Dashboard, phone, POS, Retail, or Online? That would be very helpful.

It is on my actual POS- the new Square register.

Hey there @lund0420 sorry to hear you are having some difficulties. Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Is your register up to date?
