I am a golf course. I have not used square since last October. I seem to have lost my Clock in/out codes. None of them will work. What do I do?
As long as you still can log into your web dashboard, you can easily view and/or change all the codes.
Go to your Employees section of the dashboard and click on each employee. In the screen on the right that comes up, click the Edit link by the Permissions section. The passcode is on the next screen.
If you don't have your login info for the Dashboard, contact Customer Service and they'll help you regain access.
