Gift Card sales are not being paid to my bank account

I recently started selling Square gift cards which I ordered from Square.  I sold three this month.  However, when I look at the amount deposited to my bank account for those days, it is the total of my sales WITHOUT the gift cards - so in each case, the total amount deposited was short by the $25.00 that I was paid by the customer for the gift card.  What is happening to my money?

@books209 I would check those gift card transactions to confirm they were paid for by credit card, and not cash. The main reason we wouldn't deposit specific transactions would be if they were marked as "cash" payments (since we don't deposit cash).

 

Another thing you can do is check your transfer reports on the Square Dashboard. It will break down exactly where each credit card transaction was deposited. If the gift card transactions were paid for by card, then depending on the time of day they were taken, they could be moved to another day's deposit.
