Gift Card Usage

I want to order and use gifts cards, but I need to know if they will work for my business partners that use there own square accounts to take payments. So my question is can one of my business partners take a gift card I sold to one of our customers as payment if they use a seperate square account?  Thanks For the Help!!

Gift Cards can only be used on the Square account that loaded the value on it.  So no, other people could not accept it for payment if you sold it on a different account.
