Getting paid with e-gift cards

My client paid with an e-gift card purchase through square and gave me gift card code how do i get Paid for the service?

you got paid the moment you sold the e-gift card, just like if you sell a plastic gift card.  if it takes them 1 month or 2 years to use it you've had the money the whole time.
