Free Shipping Displays Incorrectly on Square Online

I have set up a Shipping Profile and have set shipping rates based on weight. I verified that each item has its correct weight entered under Site Items.

My Checkout page continues to display Free Shipping.

How do I correct this to show the proper shipping fees?

HI, thank you for the screenshot.  Shipping Profiles can be a pain.

 

From your screenshot -

up to 1.9lb = $12.00

2lb to 4.9lb = $13.50

Default $15.00

All Items

 

 

up to 0.9lb = $12.00

1lb to 4.9lb = $13.50

Default $15.00

All Items

 

As shown, "All Items" have both rates.  Best advice would be remove the top one, keep the bottom one.

Thank you.  I tried that and the Checkout page still shows Free Shipping, which I do not offer.

HI, since your website offers Shipping or Delivery you can review your Fulfillment Settings.

 

 

Square Dashboard, Account & Settings, Business, Locations, (set to Mobile if not brick & mortar)

 

Online Dashboard, Items, Item Preferences, scroll down to Default Item Fulfillment, far right Edit

 

Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, (select your method), if Shipping be sure to Add Shipping Profile

 

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, scroll down to Advanced Settings, far right Edit Advance Settings, Default Fulfillment Method
