I have new France client. I'm in USA. Can I invoice her from USA and can she pay from France with cc? If not, is there a way around such as her emailing me her cc info and me manually entering here in USA?

Yes - you can send an invoice from your US based Square account for payments Internationally.

I can't guarantee with no problem, as the card issuing bank should be aware can always decline a sale, but you are able to take International payments via Invoice.
