Feedback screen on customer directory - change settings?

Hello,

 

Regarding customer feedback: 

 

I'm wondering if there's a way to have the blue circle alert "on the dashboard" to show when ANYONE leaves feedback. Not just those with comments. Is this a setting we can choose?

 

Also, is there a way to change the settings in the feedback default view to display "All Feedback" instead of always defaulting to only those with comments? Is this a setting we can choose?

Thank you for your post @Stellar732! Currently you'll only see a blue notification icon if a customer includes written feedback. I also noticed that the default view for feedback is 'With Comments' and unfortunately there isn't a way to change this!

 

I understand how it would be useful to have a reminder that you received any feedback, and to be able to save a specific view setting as well.
