Feature Request: Move most selected item to top of category list

A bartender made a suggestion that made sense to everyone and it was as followed:

In the category tab, move the most selected, popular bought item to the top of the list.

Making it an option to be enabled or disabled to help on busy nights.

If its something at the end of the list we could always rename it to move it to the top but if it could auto move the items as they are popular throughout the day/night it would make things more efficient for tenders.

 We checked to see if there was already an option but did not see anything like that.

Just a suggestion but thought it was good enough to share and help improve Square overall.
