Export file corrupt

Hey there please help.

When I try to export my Items in my system to en Excel format they are now showing corrupt & will just not load in Excel. I have been using the system just fine  for months with zero problems then yesterday it totally stopped exporting my items catalog into Excel. I've tried the reboot, delete & reinstall software. At this point I have no clue on how to get my inventory catalog to export in Excel. Is there something I'm missing?

Hey @RavenHeart I'm so sorry to hear about the corruption error you are receiving on your export. Have you been able to try from a different device to see if it works there? Also, are you certain your computer is up to date?
