I'm trying to make an exchange on the square app. Someone purchased the wrong size, so I'm trying to make a simple exchange for our inventory. However, when I go to the transaction the only option that appears is "Issue refund." It seems silly to issue a refund, just to ring up the same item but in a different size. I've tried on both the computer and the iPad. I'm not sure what's going on, and I can't seem to actually get a hold of anyone at Square. Can anyone help with this?
HI, exchanges are only available with Square for Retail Plus.
