When I try to ship an international package, I get the following error and cannot seem to get the system to allow me to create a shipping label even though I enter the information it states is causing the error.
The sender address must contain a first and last name, or a company name must be added.

This definitely sounds frustrating. What internet browser are you using? Also, when did this begin occurring?

This started happening the day I made this post. I have an order I cannot ship because of the error. I tested in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge and get the same error. Internet Explorer Weebly doesn't even work.

It would be nice if Weebly wouldn't hide the contact information. I have not been able to find an email address or phone number to contact anyone for help. Support information should be easy visible when clicking a support link.
