Entering an item to multiple catagories

Staffer entered wrong item. How can I correct it now that sale is finalized?

 

One of our staff entered a sale as the wrong item. We didn't catch it until the next day. How can I correct the item/sale for our records??

Only way you can correct this is to return the sale and ring a new one.  If it was on a credit card you may not want to do that.
