Employee Summary report

Is there a way to run a report with all necessary information for unemployment claims, ie, Start date, end date, YTD totals?

Hey there @lilbittabull

 

This type of report is available if you're using Square Payroll. But with the regular POS system, you're not able to pull employee reports in depth to that extent.

I use square payroll, How would I run this type of report? I run all sorts of others, but dont see an option for start and end dates, gross pay, ect

Hey! I'm stepping in to answer for Nika.

 

You can see paycheck details, employee totals, and company totals from your Payroll Dashboard. To do so:

  1. Visit History in your Payroll dashboard.
  2. Select Export Custom Report.
  3. Select the correct date range and report type.
  4. Click Export, your report will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

You can also view YTD payroll details by employee from their pay stubs. To view this information and download an employee pay stub:

  1. Visit History in your Payroll dashboard.
  2. Select the pay period of the pay stub that you want to access.
  3. Click the employee whose pay stub you wish to access.
  4. Select Download Pay Stub in the window that pops up.
  5. A PDF file of the pay stub will be downloaded to your computer. Open the PDF to view and print the pay stub.
