Is there a way to run a report with all necessary information for unemployment claims, ie, Start date, end date, YTD totals?

This type of report is available if you're using Square Payroll. But with the regular POS system, you're not able to pull employee reports in depth to that extent.
I use square payroll, How would I run this type of report? I run all sorts of others, but dont see an option for start and end dates, gross pay, ect

You can see paycheck details, employee totals, and company totals from your Payroll Dashboard. To do so:
You can also view YTD payroll details by employee from their pay stubs. To view this information and download an employee pay stub:
