Email marketing: How do I email my customers a special deal?

I am looking for a way to email my customers a special deal. Is there a way to do that from the Square platform? Is there a fee? Am I missing something?

You could create an email marketing campaign from your Square Dashboard. There is a monthly subscription or pay as you go option, however, the first-month trial is currently free.

The other option would be to export your customer emails and create the campaign with another tool or by yourself.
