Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! We do allow our sellers to collect zip codes for customer profiles. How are you planning on accepting payments through Square? You can add the customer information from the Square Dashboard as well as the app, but I can give step by step instructions once I know more details. For example, if you are adding a customer to the sale from the Point of Sale app, you can add their address (and zip code) into the field in the moment.
In order to send marketing campaigns to your customers according to region, you will need to put each of these customers in a group in the Customer Directory, then mail that campaign to that group specifically. Unfortunately, you cannot filter your customers by just their ZIP code, so that will have to be done manually.
