A customer purchased a square egift card through my website which I had set up. I never received payment but the reports showed it was definitely purchased. Today it was redeemed successfully but my deposit summary for today does not include the gift card. If I didn’t get paid upon purchase and I didn’t get paid upon redemption, when can I expect to receive payment or is this a glitch?
The payment should have gone through when the eGift Card was purchased - double check your transactions, it's easy for it to fall through the cracks - shows up as a regular transaction.
