We have recently started using SKU's to track vendors. We have duplicate SKU's, we knew this could cause issues. Though everything seemed alight on the online POS portal. I was able to make changes to an item that has duplicate SKU's. Until today, I was making sure each item had a picture on our ipad. I was not able to save a picture to an item with a duplicate SKU. Why is this an issue on the ipad and not on the online portal?

This is an issue with both the Dashboard and App. The only way it is not flagged is during item import. However, you need to fix any duplicate SKU's. If you don't and you scan them during a sale it will pick the first one it comes to.
