If you choose to start a Square Online Store we would be able to help with your entire check out process.
If you are using a partnered eCommerce platform, such as WooCommerce or Big Commerce, we do provide the payment processing though those services.
If you choose to host a Website which is not a partnered site, we do have options to take payments as well. You may need to speak to a developer for this option. If you have a more specific question to your situation, feel free to reach out. Happy to help!
