No the square stand is just a stand.  

But....

you can lock your ipad to a single app.

Thanks for the info, my next question would be can the software be configured to use my website and shopping cart, then have square stand handle the payment methods and card readers

We don't currently offer a kiosk or self-checkout mode, @Flohana. It's possible to use the employee management features as workaround, which Kelly covers in another post. The app was developed with owner/employee users in mind however, so it may be a little confusing for customers to navigate if they're unfamiliar with it.
