Does anyone use this for a Floral business?

How do you enter the sender and recipient information for delivery?  Right now I am using supertickets that print the card message too. With the wire services too, it can be a bit tricky.

We use the open ticket feature. It works great for deliveries!

Could you please describe your workflow for this? We are transitioning from software that automatically printed the sender and recipient info, delivery instructions, and card with message on perforated paper
