Does anyone know if you can send confirmation texts a week prior to their appointment? If so how?
Thanks for bringing this up, @HelloLovely. At this time, the ability to configure Appointments confirmation texts to the level that you've described isn't available.
You do have the ability to extend the reminder texts to as long as three days by signing into your Appointments tab > Settings > Communications > select 3 Days from the Text Message Reminder drop-down menu.
