I've recently changed the industry i'm in, therefore i've started a new business. When trying to change my domain name, will I be charged for the change or will I continue to be charged for the domain itself without an extra charge of the domain?
HI, need a bit more information to hopefully help. Are you on the free plan or paid plan? Domain with a domain provider? or Purchased at Square?
if your new domain name is with another provider ex.GoDaddy then you would need to adjust DNS settings and new domain would work within a few hours. If you choose to do a full transfer, then it could take 7 to 14 business days.
EDIT: Yes, I believe there would be a charge because you are actually buying a new domain name.
If your domain name was purchased and is provided by Square, then they would need to be notified of the new domain so they can adjust accordingly and can take up to 7 business days.
I am not familiar if there are any additional charges involved.

HI, a domain name is not an instant change.
If you purchased from Square it can take up to 15 business days.
If you purchased from a domain provider, you can adjust the DNS settings within the domain dashboard which can take a few hours.
Without knowing your situation, please know, these are normal procedures for a domain name. It is not only yours.
Have you completed the domain setting within your Online Dashboard? You need to apply the domain you purchased to your site so Square can do their part.
