Do clients get all emails via text as well or just the one reminder?

And do I see any responses?

Hello @hoteladdict

 

If you're referring to Appointment notifications you can have your customers receive notifications via email, SMS, or both. You can adjust these settings on the Appointments Tab on your Square Dashboard. Once you're on the tab select Settings in the top right corner. Then select Communications from the menu options. 

 

If a customer replies to their booking email it will be automatically routed to your email inbox. Right now customers can't respond via SMS.
