Do I update Weebly or Square?

Help!  I can't figure out if my question is for Weebly or Square.  Whenever I go to support on editing my website, the videos don't match what is on my screen.  I don't know if I have the wrong version of Weebly or Square.  Don't even know which one to try to talk to.  Arghhh, this is so frustrating.

If it has anything to do with the actual website contact weebly. If it’s acct or payments or stuff  like that, contact square.

So sorry about the confusion here. Can you give some more context as to what you are seeing in terms of videos? You can also provide screen shots if need be.

The best platform for finding helpful guides and resources related to Square Point of Sale specific questions is our Support Center. In regards to questions about Weebly or your Online Store, the Support Center is also a great resource; it pulls all relevant articles from Weebly's help center as well. 

Also feel free to reach out to us here on the Seller Community! We can answer questions regarding both normal Square products as well as the Online Store.

Hi @Joe , Do Weebly and Square have different pricing structures?  I think maybe I'm realizing that by upgrading my Square account does not mean I'm also upgrading Weebly.  I guess I still have the free version of Weebly which can only do so much and is not as user friendly as the "higher" versions.  Does this sound correct?  

The videos I'm referring to are on Weebly site as tutorials and they don't correspond to the free version at all.

Yes, Square and Weebly have two different pricing structures. We have our own subscription services that you can grow into and Weebly also has it's own tiers of online stores that you can grow into as you need as well. These subscriptions can happen separately of each other, but you don't necessarily need to have a subscription with Square or Weebly for the two systems to work together.
