Direct Deposit Stopped Working

In the past, our funds were automatically direct deposited to our account within 15 minutes after that specific day's closing time, but it just stopped one day. Now we're given the option to "instantly deposit", but right after we click the blue "instant deposit", we're given a pro,pt that says, "Instant Deposit Not Available At This Time". And then we have to wait until the following business day, sometimes 2 business days, before we receive our funds. Is anyone else having problems like this? If so, are you still being charged the higher interest for instant deposits even though you're not getting them instantly?

For the last question, you shouldn't be getting charged the 1% fee if you are using the usual bank account deposit methods: only the Instant Deposit and Same Day Deposits will be charged that. If you are, I definitely recommend chatting with Customer Support about that.

 

As for not having the ability to use the Instant Deposit and Same Day Deposits, chances are something isn't quite right with the debit card on file. If a deposit fails on that card for any reason, it'll unlink that card and not give you any instant/same day deposits. Update the card info on your dashboard at Account & Settings -> Business -> Deposits
